How quickly will someone reply?
Same business day for most messages. Anything urgent from an existing customer is better raised from inside the app, where your account context comes along with it.
Can you move our existing data over?
Yes — customers, open jobs, price lists and outstanding invoices. Send a CSV export from your current system and we’ll tell you what maps across cleanly.
Do you support franchises and multiple locations?
Yes. Parent accounts get reporting across every location, plus shared catalogs they can push down, while each location keeps its own jobs and books.
